The Roman Spring
The mineral spring gushes out in the heart of Niederbronn-les-Bains in front of the Barrière Casino. This is the famous "Roman Spring" used as far back as Roman times. The discovery of many relics and particularly coins offered to the deities of the spring by the grateful spa patients, attests to the fact that the Romans worshipped an important cult here.
This mineral water, which contains chloride, sodium and carbon dioxide is particularly important in bathing treatments for rheumatic or traumatic afflictions.
